Question libwine.so.1 is apparently missing?

I have a problem, with wine on fc3. Whenever I go to run wine, no matter what i do it comes up with an error along the lines of 'libwine.so.1 doesn't exist!' I've had a look arround my system ant the elusive 'libwine.so.1' is nowhere to be seen! How can I rectify this problem?

so not only is it "apparently" missing, it actually IS missing, so the error is quite right!

either way, where did you get whatever rpm you built it from? this seems to provide what you need: http://rpmfind.net//linux/RPM/source...nehq.i686.html
