ksysv in Fedora 2?

I need to add oki4daemon (already in etc/rc.d.init.d) to runlevel 5.

In Redhat, I used ksysv, but this is not available in Fedora 2's distro.
where can I get ksysv suitable for fedora 2 (or a similar programme to do the job)?

John.

EDIT:
It seems that Fedora doesn't support KDE as fully as Redhat and is using its own GUI with a lot of Gnome.
Anyway, I moved the file manually from etc/rc.d.init.d to runlevel 5 folder, adding S70before the filename. This worked.

JB.
