KDE System Guard woes :S

I really like KDE System Guard and wondering whether the program's source code is freely available to look at? I tried looking for the package named ksysguard but it's no where to be found on the fedora downloads site. Does anyone know where I may find source code to KDE System Guard? Maybe it's under a different name? Or maybe the program is embedded in the KDE Base code?
