KDE Fonts

I seem to have a bit of trouble with the fonts on GNOME apps running under KDE. The font that is used in the programs is not what I selected in either desktop. When I use apps like Gaim and Rhythmbox under KDE, the font is too big to deal with. Does anybody know how I could resolve this?

KDE Control Center -> Appearance & Themes -> GTK styles and fonts

Does that fix them?

Hmmm... I don't seem to have that menu. Is there some package I should download that will give it to me?

It's new in KDE 3.3

But I had a look at my system and it looks like all the control panel applet does is edit ~/.gtkrc-2.0. So open it up and add (or replace):
Code:
style "user-font"
{
 font_name="Bitstream Vera Sans 9"
}
widget_class "*" style "user-font"
gtk-font-name="Bitstream Vera Sans 9"
The entire file (for me) looks like this:
Code:
# This file was written by KDE
# You can edit it in the KDE control center, under "GTK styles and fonts"

include "/usr/share/themes/Qt/gtk-2.0/gtkrc"

style "user-font"
{
 font_name="Bitstream Vera Sans 9"
}
widget_class "*" style "user-font"
gtk-font-name="Bitstream Vera Sans 9"

Hmmm... I just upgraded to FC3 with KDE 3.3, and that menu still isn't in my control center. Any thoughts?

Maybe Fedora doesn't incluude it in thier package for some reason.

Either way, if you just edit/create the file like I mentioned before it should work.
