Is this a fedora core 3 Bug

I open a console and type "info grub"

then browse to one of the menus, lets say to:
* Invoking grub-install:: How to use the GRUB installer
and hit enter.
In the next node I hit backspace and tah-tah!!!!
Moving to `Prev's last menu item.Segmentation fault
I have the default instalation. No update added.
Some info pages work fine, some not.
Can somebody try this and inform me?

Can't reproduce. But maybe your step-by-step instructions are inaccurate.

You may have found a problem, but I don't see "backspace" listed as a valid emacs key in "info" mode.

Have you tried the "h" command to see how info is intended to be used? (I think you may have wanted to type "u" instead of "backspace.")

Um, I reproduced it following his instructions:
Code:
info grub
move cursor to a menu item line
press "enter"
press "backspace"

Why "Um"? I tried the same steps, but when I press Backspace, I enter the "Basic Commands in Info Windows" screen. No segmentation fault.

Have you updated your system?
I get a segmentation fault only on certain things, like in grub info page and not in all the menus.
Doing the same in some menus of the info pages of the info command "info info" also caused a segmentation fault.
If you have updated your system and you have a newer info and newer grub info page then maybe it's been corrected.

ALSO when i said i have the default installation i wasn't very accurate. I have done a full clean installation but without having updated anything. (haven't run yum or up2date)

from info pages of info:
it's in info->getting started->* Help-Small-Screen:: Starting Info on a Small Screen

" To move back up, press the
key labeled `Backspace' or `DEL' (on some keyboards, this key might be
labeled `Delete').
..........................................
........................................
If you have managed to get here, go back to the beginning with `DEL'
(or <BACKSPACE>), and come back here again, then you understand the
about the `Space' and `Backspace' keys. So now type an `n' --just one
character; don't type the quotes and don't type the Return key
afterward-- to get to the normal start of the course."

p is for going to the privious node in the menu, backspace is for going one level up.

But even if this wasn't the case and backspace wasn't an acceptable key, leading to a segmentation fault would still be a bug.
