Unhappy Installing job board software on virtual

I'm trying to install jobboard software on a virtual dedicated server that I purchased from Go-Daddy. The server is running Fedora Core release 6. I have uploaded the software to the root but I cannot figure out how to launch the setup.php file so that I can start the installation. Can anyone help me with this?

If its a setup.php you'll need to access that page via a browser, ie, http://www.mydomain.com/setup.php

I suspect there is a number of configs you need to edit before it will actually work.
