Installing dev-tools after installation

Is it possible to install the dev tools after installation because I messed up and unchecked them. I could do it(install) again but i would rather not do that. I have the .iso file so is there a way i can get the dev tools off that and install them?

Use the package manager for whatever distribution you're using.
