installing a guest FC5 on FC5 xen using NFS

I have a FC5 system with the xen kernel installed. I'm using /usr/sbin/ to try to do an NFS install of a guest FC5. I get to were the install is trying to configure eth0 to connect to the lan to get to the NFS share, but it keeps failing. I have tried DHCP and static, neither work. This system does have 3 NICs in it. I tried the install with only a single NIC installed, but that fails also. Has anyone else seen this and know a way around this?
