Installation Help

Hi, i have just installed fedora and i don't know how to install downloaded packages. I wanted to ask, fedora uses rpm or deb packages? Does it have a graphical package installer? If not can you give me a command prototype like yum.....? Does it handle dependencies? Can i use smart or urpmi? As you can see, i have many questions, so please help me on any of this you can. Thanks!
