Install Fedora 11 without Ext3 /boot

Anyway to install Fedora 11 onto Ext4 without install /boot onto ext3?

I already have /boot from another installation. I just want to be able to install Fedora 11 onto Ext4 completely. Thank you.

I had a pre-made /boot partition I made in prep for installing fed 11 lxde remix
I believe I just told it not to format the boot partition

I would also backup your existing menu.lst by renaming it or moving it

Also, being that I run debian liveusb-persistent alot, I found that debian live will not run
persistent when a ext4 partition is present; a bug?
it just quits and says it can't find /live
it runs fine if I use "nopersist"
weird...

to get around this, I installed fed11 to usb (liveusb-creator)and made a big persistent overlay
then just simply placed everything from usb on my Ubuntu partition, edited menu.lst and
bing!

fedora 11 persistent hd install with no ext4

That problem is only with the LiveCD. If you install from a normal DVD (or even the first CD of the installation set, vs. the LiveCD), you can format the partitions the way you wish. However, if you want to use ext4 with Fedora, then you need the ext3 partition.
