How to turn off Autoplay at bootup?

Hi,
I have Fedora C2 installed, using KDE and every time I boot up I get autoplay trying to run. Do you know how to disable this from starting every time I boot?

Also, does any know how to get a shutdown button in the KDE "start" menu. It only has logout, so I have to logout then shutdown, is there a way I can make it to shutdown right away?

Thanks for your help.

You can try this out:

http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=11875

or you could just hit control+alt+F1 log in as root, and type "init 0"

but that's probably not any faster than logging out...
