Thanks...After tons of googling and trial & error I finally got it working.
Here's my steps:
vncserver (Set a vnc passwd...Probably could of just used vncpasswd instead)
vncserver -kill:1
x0vncserver -PasswordFile=/home/blkcamarozr28/.vnc/passwd (Must run this in desktop :0 terminal)
VNC Client Side:
VNC to server IP port 5900 (Default)
Is there a way to run x0vncserver remotely via ssh?

Never tried that one so maybe I will give it a try. Just kind of stayed away from the text I read in the link in my earlier post. Maybe it was written in days when system cpu was slow and ram was expensive. On modern machines it may not be a system hog.
Googling can be a major help with any issue. Have you used this special engine for linux from Google? http://www.google.com/linux
