How to install remotely RPM if you dont have RPM!!

Totally desperate here, please help!
After some problems with dependencies after upgrading to FC4 yum - python dependencies, seems like I uninstalled the newer versions causing imcompatibilities.
BUT somehow, now, none of the following apps are working: Apt, Yum , RPM. I cant get RPM to work, so it is impossible to install ANYTHING, not even RPM itself.
I am totally stuck.

How can I compile RPM from the tar.gz remotely and reinstall it again??

Please help, this is the messages i get running yum:

[root@localhost ~]# yum
The yum libraries do not seem to be availableon your system for this version of python 2.4.2 (#1, Feb 12 2006, 03:59:46)
[GCC 4.1.0 20060210 (Red Hat 4.1.0-0.24)]
Please make sure the package you used to installyum was built for your install of python.

with apt:

[root@localhost ~]# apt
-bash: apt: command not found

python:

[root@localhost ~]# python
Python 2.4.2 (#1, Feb 12 2006, 03:59:46)
[GCC 4.1.0 20060210 (Red Hat 4.1.0-0.24)] on linux2
Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.

and rpm:

[root@localhost ~]# rpm --test yumrpm: error while loading shared libraries: librpm-4.3.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

the thing is I cannot install libraries anymore without yum or RPM, can I?

thanks

Sure you can, you (hopefully) should have the static version of rpm installed;

locate rpmi

/usr/lib/rpm/rpmi --help

Code:
# /usr/lib/rpm/rpmi -Uvh ftp://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/updates/4/i386/rpm*.rpm --force
