Use rpm to install without resolving dependencies:

rpm -Uvh /media/path/to/your/mounted/dvd/fedora/file.rpm
or better than that, use yum to resolve dependencies:

yum localinstall /media/path/to/your/mounted/dvd/fedora/file.rpm

and i don't know each n every rpm so i can install them manually.

This is a good question. I don't know the answer either.
Looks like pirut (the name of program to add/remove software) works only by downloading packages from internet.

You can at least select the name of packages pirut wants to download, abort it, and use those names to install via yum/rpm from your DVD.

I know this is not a good solution, but I really don't have a better one.

Pirut only works when an Internet connection is available. I tried to shutdown my Internet line n mounted the DVD that maybe pirut selects DVD if Internet is not available but :( Pirut even didn't started saying Internet connection is not available.
