I have FC3 I had assigned only 7gb space for my root (/ ) partition now i think I need more space .
I have 10 Gb raw space on my Hard disk .
How can I resize the root partition without loosing anything.

i have downloaded & installed gparted and installed now its easy to resize the disk but problem is how should i do resizing when the partition is mounted , & I couldn't unmount while running linux......
how should i do this now
shall i boot from rescue disk.
