I do a fresh install of Fedora 11.
I am not getting the graphical boot, just a progress bar on botton and then, the graphical login screen (GDM).

How to enable the graphical boot (Plymouth) ?
The boot line already has "rhgb" on it:

On F10, the command "plymouth-set-default-theme charge" used to work, but not in F11. (in fact were plymouth-set-default-plugin but it was deprecated by plymouth-set-default-theme)
