The easiest way is to do a group install.
yum grouplist -v |grep -i kde
You'll get something like KDE Desktop Environment (kde-desktop)
(or something similar, I'm not on Fedora right now.)
Then you can do
yum install @kde-desktop
(or yum groupinstall 'KDE Desktop')
You should only need the quotes around the name if there is a space in it.
This will take awhile. When it's done, log out, and when you log in, KDE should be an available session. You should then, I think, be asked if you want to make it the default session. (Note that I don't use a GUI login manager, so this isn't guaranteed to be 100 percent accurate, but should be close enough for you to use.)
