how to create a link into actual file?

hi,
I need to create a web page visible from the Mozilla with links into the actual file ,say, /etc/fstab. The link must be to actual file itself and not a screen dump or text dump.
Can anyone help me out?
Thx in advance!

Please do not post the same thread in more than one forum. Picking the most relevant forum and posting it once there makes it easier for other members to help you and keeps the discussion all in one place.
