how to check packages locally installed in fedora using dnf ?

How can I check packages I locally installed in fedora using dnf or whatever?

Eg. I installed epson printer driver locally using
Code:
# dnf install epson-inkjet-printer-driver-201311w.rpm
It is installed to /opt dir.

How can I check those packages?

# dnf list all
# dnf list installed
# dnf list
# dnf list available

all of them are not what I want.

I want something like this eg:
# dnf list local (this is just for example)

and it shows only the package I installed locally.

if I installed only epson driver downloaded from else where (not from any repo by dnf) and using
# dnf install epson-driver.rpm

then I expect it should show like this:
# dnf list local
epson-driver

sorry for my eng.

Search the manpage for userinstalled. Not so obvious as a "list" command unfortunately.
yumdb used to be good for this sort of thing, but no dnf equivalent. Yet
