Question How do I save all of the user settings in Fc6?

I am trying to figure out how to save all of my settings in fc6 and also how to save it for all of the created users. I am thinking of building another system so i can migrate all of the settings and my personal files over, i would use the same OS linux redhat fc6.
thanks.

everything should be below /home
eg. /home/user1/*, /home/user2/* and so on.
