When you title a topic, try to be as specific as possible about what your problem is. Topics like "help me!" are not as likely to attract attention.
That being said, how you execute a C program in Linux depends on the program. Not everything can work "out of the box", as many C programs were written for Windows. Is it a script you created/a homemade prog?
