How do I get Gaussian03 working on FC5-i386?

Is there any quantum chemist out there?

I know that Fedora Core 5 is frequently updated, and that this most likely is the reason for Gaussian03 not working properly. Is there any way of installing a fix of some sort, some kind of older "library" or something like that? I'm currently using an AMD-2600+ CPU with FC5-i386-(kernel 5.133 I think). The error I get is shown below.

-----------------
nohup.out:
Erroneous write during file extend. write 1728 instead of 4096
Probably out of disk space.
Write error in NtrExt1
-------------------

I'm REALLY thankful for any help.

/A desperate quantum chemist
