I have use livecd-iso-to-disk to copy my Fedora 23 LiveCD image to my USB drive. I have also copied my kickstart config file onto my USB drive. How can I start a texted automated install using my kickstart file once I have booted off of my Fedora 23 Live image?

I have tried
but that doesn't seem to work.

Ideally I would like to provide the kickstart install info on the kernel command line so that it automatically starts the install once the Live image finishes booting, but I figured a good first step would be to just do it on the console after I have booted into the Live image.

Have you searched the internet for documentation?
