Hi,
You need to go to
http://speedtouchconf.sourceforge.net/ and follow the instructions there - essentially you need to download the driver from the Alcatel site and then run the speedtouchconf script. Worked like a charm for me - I'm using the Speedtouch 330, silver model and it needed a slightly different driver - revfw4.zip - but this is available from the above site. Every time I boot up, it grabs the connection without fail - sometimes it does take 30 seconds or so of flashing LED lights but it gets there in the end. Note that I'm using kernel 2.6.8 - earlier versions of the 2.6 kernel may be troublesome I believe.
Hope this helps,
Bob
