Having problems installing...

Alright, I'm trying to upgrade from RedHat 8.0 (I think.) I just want to get it installed quickly, so for the files that I fail the dependency tests on, I just am disabling to come back and install later.

However, there are a few files that I can't find in the package manager to disable. These would be printman, libgnomeprint22, and gstreamer-plugins. Could anyone point me to what section they would be under, or would it just be easier to install the files they need?

Thanks in advance.

the first thing i would do is download and burn the ISOs for fedora if you like the look and feel of redhat. then maybe backup your critical data to cd (documents and whatnot) or another hardrive or server then do a fresh rebuild. updating all the packages will probably stress you out waay more than just doing a rebuild. updating is definitely the tougher route
