hard disk error ....

can i ask anybody about hardisk im i already give up solving my ptoblem huhu... everytime i reboot or turn on my computer and then suddenly it turns BLACK im using fedora 10.. can anyone help me hardisk sounds its like a timer bomb it tick tack tick tack ...

Sounds like your hard disk is about to die. You should probably think about replacing it and backing up the data pronto.

You can run a smart check on it using smartmontools

my hard disk is already repaired huhu.. rest in peace my hard disk

sometimes it cant detect by my computer then suddenly after an hour or 2 its running but continue to proceed to nothing huhu....

I would still say its going bad. The clicking sound you hear is the head resetting
