There are three ways, you can:
1) Install gtk-qt-engine, which attempts to make your GTK apps look like your KDE/Qt apps.
2) Install xfce-mcs-manager and xfce-mcs-plugins, then add xfce-mcs-manager to autostart with KDE. You can then use "xfce-setting-show" and select "User Interface" to change your GTK theme and fonts.
3) Write or mess with the ~/.gtk* files.
I personally prefer the 2nd method. xfce-mcs-manager is a very light application and doesn't require installing the rest of XFce. It also works for all GTK apps, whereas sometimes certain apps just don't look right using gtk-qt-engine.
