Gnome Running Nautilus or Konqueror with Superuser privilege

In KDE, I believe there is an option to run Konqueror as a file manager with superuser access. Is this possible with gnome, to run Nautilus or Konqueror with superuser privileges as an option?

Thanks in advance.

Open up a console window, log in as root, then type in nautilus and press enter. Nautilus should pop up with superuser privilages.
