hi.. i will be more clear .
When we are logging in to the fedora system, a splash screen appears in which all the icons appear blinking.. and one of which is Red Hat Network monitor.
I want to disable it.
How???
Please respond quick..

Monitor

I believe you can disable it by the configuration settings or removing it from the menu bar.

If you are using FC3 you can go to the Gnome Menu > System Settings > Server Settings > Services.

You can turn off "rhnsd" in there if you like. That will disable the daemon that handles periodically checking the RedHat Network for updates.
