Hi all
When following tutorials in regards to installing certain programs like limewire or azureus it says to add the following to have the program added to GNOME menu.
gedit /usr/share/applications/LimeWire.desktop
[Desktop Entry]
Name=LimeWire
Comment=LimeWire
Exec=limewire.sh
Icon=/opt/LimeWire/LimeWire.ico
Terminal=false
Type=Application
Categories=Application;Network;
I used this when setting up UBUNTU on my laptop.
For FC5 on my desktop I am using KDE.
Do I still use
gedit /usr/share/applications/LimeWire.desktop for these programs when using KDE or is it a different setup.
