HELP!!! console logon at boot


i managed to screw up my gdm theme and i cant log into KDE.


ok, rephrase:

how do i make my computer go to a command line login, instead of trying to go to the graphical login screen

edit /etc/inittab
change:
id:5:initdefault:
to:
id:3:initdefault:

even in runlevel 5 you can get a text-mode commandline by pressing CTRL-ATL-F1
