Fresh Fedora 6 install with ATI card questions
 

Heya, I've got to get me a FC6 box up and running in time for school in a few days. I can get the install done just fine, but I want to have flashy things like beryl running.

I'm using an ATI Radeon x1900 that is listed as being compatible with the HCL that I found on this forum (I am not allowed to link to it yet :S)
On an ASUS mobo, P4 Hyperthreaded CPU (Prescot I believe it is) with 3.5 chiggabytes of RAM. I can get the specifics if need be :)

But when I have beryl installed, nothing happen! I have read the sticky thread that is at the top of this forum as well.

I prefer KDE over GNOME, but that's not really a big issue.

Any suggestions?
