Hello nojtb,

That is a well-known issue. Here is a HOWTO that discusses the problem and presents a variety of things to do for it depending on whether or not the Linux system is to be preserved. It is mainly concerned with how to reinstall XP and spare the Fedora system when the XP CD will not boot, but it also describes what to do if the Fedora system is to be removed.

If you want to downgrade the machine without preserving the better operating system use FDISK which should be somewhere on the XPee CD to change the HDD. Then format the disk (can't remember what the program was called but I think it was format c:/).

As it's usually tough to do anything important with XPee you can also boot a Linux liveCD and use gparted or a similar disk partitioning tool to remove all Linux partitions and format the HDD in one of the archaic formats XPee will be able to use (like FAT32 or Neanderthal File System, NTFS).
