Flash Player sounds like Alvin & the Chipmunks!

Recently, my Flash player in Mozilla sounds like Alvin and the Chipmunks. I know it was working correctly at some point, and now all the flash sites have the sound sped-up.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the Flash Player, and its still the same.

Other sounds on my system are fine, such as mp3s and games. My systems has i810 audio. Its relatively up to date, and not very heavily modified.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?
