Flash Player

Hey guys, I'm using Fedora Core 5, and I can't seem to get the Flash Player to be working. I was using Ubuntu earlier today, and the flash player installs just fine, but with fc5 i cant get it to work after installing. I'm using the install script from the files that are downloadable from the flash website

Set up Micromedia's repo:
http://stanton-finley.net/fedora_cor...notes.html#Yum

...and type:
Code:
yum install flash-plugin

...and if that doesn't work, which for me yum never seems to work, you can always dl the plugins in manually, and drag and drop the .so file to your firefox plugin folder...

Please don't bump old threads.
That advice is so old that it doesn't even count anymore.
At this time, use Flash 9 beta.
