file & printer sharing poll
 

After two months of trying to get samba to share a folder and a printer with my WinXP machines I am wondering if it will ever work. So I am trying a poll to see how many of you can share files and a printer with WXP machines.

I have tried examples from the samba docs folder, Fedora Unleashed, and 4 web sites. Boy am I dumb. The WXP machines all see each other fine and when the Fedora machine is running W98SE it shares files and the printer.
