i restarted my pc again and now it is asking for "localhost login:"
and i placed my username and password but it is incorrect

A question, i installed the fedora in text mode, but if I install it in grafical mode, would it go in this "dos like mode" too?

Isn't that what you were getting before? Are you sure the password is correct?

You would still be able to use the command line, yes. If you mean would it still boot to the command line, I'd assume not. You should see a nice graphical login screen.

As for easier distros, when I installed Fedora (ages ago though), I found it ok to use (but then again, I installed the graphical stuff). Loads of people suggest Ubuntu.

Isn't that what you were getting before? Are you sure the password is correct?

Well, first I got "login:" and now i get "localhost login:" and to be honest, only login name: root with it's password works.
I have added 2 users but I don't know where i have to set their passwords.

You use the command "passwd", followed by the username for which you want to change the password.

to be honest, i have added user with commandline "useradd" and now it tell's me user already exists.

But why is it still commandline mode, where is the grafical mode?

I restart the pc and it loads the services and then goes to commandline.

try logging in and typing

startx

and tell us what it says

useradd and passwd are two different commands.

It was important to make sure you had a non-root account to use in X first. Otherwise things are very easy to break
