Fedora Shell Commands
 
Hi im new to linux and im starting to use the Fedora Core 3
basicaly i just need some usefull shell commands and would like anyone who reads this to enter some shell cammands for me to play with any info you can give me will be appreciated

man man
man -k <subject of interest>
ls
cd <path>
vi <filename>

:)

-- Actually, if you use that last one, hit esc until it beeps and then type :q! if you want to get out. (I just realized I could be being cruel rather than helpful.) :D

no offence, dont take me the wrong way, but that seems really lazy! there are tons of resources for linux on the web, a starting point is this forum, you can try http://www.google.com/linux and http://tldp.org.
