www.linux-ntfs.sourceforge.net there is a really easy step by step for getting ntfs working on linux
another thing that you want to be sure to do is install a newer version of xmms. the one that comes packaged with fedora will not play mp3s, licensing issues. So what I always do for a new fedora box that I've built is just install the latest stable package from
www.xmms.org from source, it installs right over the fedora xmms and does a really nice job of keeping all my stuff organized.
Another thing that I've always found better than having multiple operating systems on one hard drive is to split them up physically, different drives. It just makes it easier and actually improves the seek times of the drives just a little bit.
