Fedora kernel source location help

I installed kernel-2.6.11-1.14_FC3.src.rpm. but I can not find where it is located. I looked in /usr/src/BUILDS, but I only see my old kernel. Does anyone know where it is supposed to be located? Do I have to do anything beside rpm -Uhv?

if you do an rpm -ivh on a src.rpm of a kernel you should get:

1. A bunch of patch files and config files in the SOURCES directory as well as a bz2 of the kernel file.
2. Nothing in BUILD until you type: 'rpmbuild bp SPEC.NAME'. Then the kernel will shod up in the BUILD directory and all that good stuff. From there you can do your config copying and make configs etc.

I presume you don't need a tutorial on how to make kernels from src.rpms so one won't be provided.
