Fedora Core 6 Monitor Standby Work Around

In earlier versions of Fedora I use to go to /usr/X11/X11R6/lib/server and edit XOrg.conf, XF98Config, XF86Config.eg and change the standby time, suspend time, off time time. In Fedora Core 6 I can't seem to find the files to edit. Can someone point me in the right direction.
