Fedora Core 4, Right Click Desktop, Open Terminal edit

The subject above says it all. I'm looking for a way to edit the above menu entry so that I can make all my windows use the same "geometry" size. I've installed the alacarte menu editor, no dice. I've also "googled" until my eyes hurt. I know someone knows how to do this.

Thanks in Advance,
