return video_carddblookup(sefl.carddata["name"]
file "/usr'lib'python2.4/site-packages/rhpl/videocard.py" line 34 in videocarddblookup
card=video_cardlist[thecard]

sending termination signals
... some unmounting stuff...
you may safely reboot your system

Hi,

Just spent time searching for the answer to my problem, but this thread is the nearest i've come... alas it doesn't give a solution for me. I too have the Trio 3D card, and get the same error as pdemaers.

I can stop the abnormal termination by typing acpi=off apparently, but I don't want issues later on with my video card; I have read this too:

"Note: The compatibility/availability of other hardware components (such as video and network cards) may be required for specific installation modes and/or post-installation usage."

Can anyone tell me what I can do?

Thanks,

NirvanaII
