Fedora Core 3 upgrade with out burning cds
 

how do install fedora core 3 from 2 with out burning cds please i dont care if i have to download isos

In reading my Redhat book, it says you can install off the downloaded ISOs without burning them.

if you boot off either a boot disk or whatever bootable media you have and at the welcome promt type "linux askmethod", without the quotes it will give you a screen that will ask you fwhat type of install you want to do. It says Hard Drive will be an option.

After that I have no clue - but it's anaconda so it should be fairly straightforward.

You can use Yum to upgrade all the packages.

Why you hate microsoft? I think that the first OS you hat in your machine it was windows. Linux it's isn't best that windows. And windows isn't best too. They are just diferent. There are space for both!

maybe he hates MS for different reasons. Maybe he's upset with their dominance and monopoly of the market for so long or maybe he's upset because of all the loose security holes in their operating system but whatever the case why do you seem inclined to know? Everyone has their own reasons.

Because I don't see any reason for anyone to hate Microsoft or Apple. The dominance of microsoft doesn't make me any difference. I can choose, for me it is enough.
The guilt of microsoft dominance it's not of microsoft it's of people (95%) who use it OS. Linux it's just one more possibility, but not for everyone. Linux has a long way to do in the 95% windows users direction.
