Fedora Core 2 Problems

Hello people

I have problems with installing Fedora Core 2. After the software isinstalled from the 1st CD and then it asks for the 2nd, it can't mountit. So, what are the available alternatives to install core 2, because now I have core 1. Also my PS/2 mouse doesn't work with FC2. It's synaptic. Can someone suggest some solutions ?

Thanks in advance

As for the mouse, there is a simple solution, if you have the same problem I had. Just go to your BIOS and disable the USB Legacy support. That helped me after banging my head at the wall for two days and coming up with my own solution. But all the time the solution was one click away

Hope this helps. As for the unable to mount 2nd CD. I don't know. Maybe some bad CD's? or something. But that shouldn't be important. Even with bad CD's it should work(mount), right?

When you first run the fc2 install, theres an option to check media, use it. Im guessing the md5 for disk 2 was incorrect, and u burned a coaster.
