Fedora Core 2 Monitor Standby Mode


My monitor goes to stand by mode and I would like it to stay on has anyone done this if FC 2 before.

hat->preferences->screensaver->advanced ?

That didn't seem to work. how about from the console.

From console try

xset -dpms

of course you will have to reissue this command each time you login.

if this works, check the settings in your kde control center.
