I just entered Fedora 4 and installed it as server.
Some basic things i'm not aware of.
How do i find Cd-DVD burning program, how is it called?
What's Fedora update site, as there is easyurpmi for Mandriva?
How do i find ftp client?
a html editor?
Thanks!
asumign you're in gnome, open nautilus (the file manager thingy) and there should be a cd/dvd creator option in the menu. other than that there are many other clients like arson or xcdroast to choose from.
you apply updates via yum. run "yum update" and you'll get hit with all the updates that are available.
ftp.. i think gtfp is installed by default, as is ftp itself of course... just take your pick.
html... again, just install one like anjuta, via yum
