fedora 9 x64 is talking at login

I have a problem:fedora 9 x64 is talking at login.After login prompt when i insert my username and password,i get to the desktop and a speech is coming out of the speakers:Hello user,welcome to system,now year...the sensors reporing the following cpu temp etc.the problem is thet the speech occurs randomly and often and is extremely annoing.If anyone could help me,please tell me how do i disable the damn thing,thanks in advance

You must have enabled some accessibility features. Disable them
