Fedora 8 .iso file problem

Hi, I have used fedora in the past and always used the .iso files when downloading it.

However, this is now becoming a bit of a annoying problem. I have downloaded core 8 on the dvd iso.

When I got to burn the image in nero 8 it reports

"the entered block size does not correspond to the image length. The block size may be wrong. Do you want to correct the value or ignore the problem"

if i choose ignore, it burns the image, but when I go to boot the disk i get a error sayin invalid command and i have to manaually set a path to the boot file at the boot: prompt, this in turn comes back with a corrupt image problem

If i choose correct problem, im prompted with a screen that asks what data mode to right in, what block size to use (default 2048), header size and trailer size.

I have downloaded the image several times from different mirrors, and used different machines but i still get the same error.

Anyone point me as to what could be going wrong.

cheers in advance

Ive sorted this issue, for some reason when I download the image on BT Broadband its always coruptted, I have since downloaded it on my mobile broadband connection (took forever) and it works fine..

I have since got another annoying problem, but will mention this in another thread.

Have you tried the checksum of the file ? You can also try to download using Bit Torrent, as it is automatically checked while downloading.
