Fedora 7 user guide

Is there a Fedora Core 7 unofficial guide somewhere?
I am looking for something that walks me through setting up repositories. Explains yum. And helps setup some of the non-free (.mp3 .pdf .avi flash and java).
Can someone point me in the right direction? ( i have googled and searched this forum and fedora's forum)

That should be reliable - EXCEPT the third-party repos, which are clearly for F6 and not for F7. Refrain from installing any of those, it won't work anyway (in the best case).
